1 Scope of application
The following GTC apply to all orders placed via our online store.
Our offer is aimed exclusively at consumers.
Aconsumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for private purposes - i.e. does not act predominantly commercially or independently.
Entrepreneurs are legal or natural persons who, when concluding a legal transaction, act within the scope of their commercial or professional activity.
2 Contractual partner, conclusion of contract & correction notes
The purchase contract is concluded with SchutzLounge.
By placing the products in the online store, we submit a binding offer to purchase.
You can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time during the ordering process. You only place a binding order when you click on the order button.
Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
3. contract language & storage
The contract language is German.
The contract text is stored by us.
You will receive the order data and our GTC in text form by e-mail.
If you have created a customer account, you can also view the contract text there at any time.
4. delivery
Shipping costs may apply in addition to the product prices. From an order value of 40€ we deliver free of shipping costs. Please refer to the individual product offers for the exact conditions.
We only deliver by mail order. Collection by the customer is not possible.
Note for international orders:
Import duties and taxes of the destination country are not included in the purchase price and are borne by the buyer.
5. payment
The following payment methods are available to you:

In the case of credit card payment, your account will be debited immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
6 Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7 Warranty & Guarantees

The statutory liability for defects applies to our products.
7.2 Additional warranties
Any manufacturer's warranties can be found with the product or on separate information pages in the store.
8 Liability
We are liable without limitation:

In the event of a slightly negligent breach of material contractual obligations, we shall only be liable for the foreseeable amount of typical damages.
Liability for damages is excluded in all other cases.

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
10. return conditions & exclusion of the right of withdrawal
10.1 Returns
Unannounced returns or shipments to incorrect addresses cannot be processed.
Refused acceptances are also considered undelivered and are excluded from reimbursement.
10.2 Inspection for damage
Returned items will be inspected. Damage caused by improper use will not be refunded.
10.3 Defective or incorrect items
Complaints due to incorrect delivery or defective items must be reported by e-mail to info@schutzlounge.com within 7 days of receipt.
After this period, the goods are deemed to have been received correctly.
